Late Collection Fee:

If you collect your child after 6:00pm, you may be charged a late collection fee of $1.00 per minute to cover the cost of the staff who need to stay at the centre with your child.

Non-Notification Fee:

It is very important that the Centre is notified prior to the session’s commencement, that a child is going to be absent. You can notify the Centre by phone call, answering machine or by form. If the Centre is not notified of a child’s absence prior to the commencement of that session, we need to find where the child is. This takes time and attention away from the other children at the centre. If the child’s parents can’t be contacted by 4pm and the child is on the roll, it is procedure that the Police are to be contacted and a search commenced until the child is accounted for. The fee for not notifying the Centre is $15.00 for all sessions.

Child Care Benefit (CCB) and Child Care Rebate (CCR):

Melrose Park OSHC is an approved Childcare centre, which means that our families can claim CCB and CCR if they are eligible.
